We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@prepeak.shop with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Change of Mind As our products are made-to-order or shipped directly from our suppliers, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, we will always try to find a fair solution — please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer law, EU-based customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at contact@prepeak.shop to initiate this process. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
